Sea Breeze Cottage is a lovely one-bedroomed bungalow set in the historic fishing town of Buckie. With amazing views over the dramatic coastline, it is the perfect place in which to relax and unwind. Buckie’s working harbour means the town is awash with eateries serving the fresh catch of the day. The Buckie and District Fishing Heritage Centre is a wonderful nod to the history of fishing in the Moray Firth and being only 5 minutes from Sea Breeze Cottage, it is well worth a visit.
Lovely walks can be taken all around this ever changing coastline, and if walking on the green is more your thing, then there are several golf courses within a 20-mile radius. Spey Bay, with its nature reserve, is approximately 7 miles from the cottage, and you will also find the Scottish Dolphin Centre here for a great day out. If you want to try to get a little closer to the dolphins, then take a trip on the Gemini Explorer which sails from Buckie and provides trips throughout the year. The famous Whisky Trail is also easily accessible from this comfortable bungalow. Beach ¼ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.

Comfortable cottage exactly as described. In a very quiet part of the town, with uninterrupted views over the sea from the outside space and the lounge, kitchen and bedroom. The only sound is the sea waves when the windows are open. The cottage was very clean and contains everything you need for a week holiday. Very well situated (10 minutes walk from town center and a few minute drive from several supermarkets). Very good location to explore the coast around and walk on the Moray coastal path. We even spotted dolphins from the cottage on our first day. The owners are also very welcoming and local, so any issue would be dealt with easily (we had none). Really great place, and we would / might go back there for our next holidays without any hesitation.

A Wonderful Coastal Stay in Buckie.We had a fantastic stay at Sea Breeze in Buckie, Moray. The cottage is cozy, well-equipped, and we arrived to some excellent welcome gifts that were a lovely touch; alongside lovely text messages from the owners. Having all the living space on one level made our stay very comfortable and convenient. And parking outside is a bonus! The absolute highlight was the view; we were lucky enough to see dolphins from the window on several days. The cottage is also perfectly situated for exploring the Moray Firth, with so many lovely little coastal villages nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting the gorgeous beaches at Cullen, Sandend, and Lossiemouth. It is a wonderful property in a great location, and we highly recommend it.
