The location is repeatedly praised for its breathtaking views, tranquillity, and proximity to local attractions and walks. A minor note is made about the main road and rural roads with potholes, but this does not detract from the overwhelmingly positive feedback.
Guests describe the cottage as very comfortable, with high-quality furnishings, comfortable beds, and thoughtful design, including accessibility features such as a wet room and downstairs bedroom.
The cottage is described as exceptionally well equipped, with modern amenities, easy parking, and excellent maintenance. The only minor point is the absence of a food or welcome pack, which is clearly communicated in advance.

What a wonderful property and location. It has fabulous large windows so you can sit anywhere and look at the view. Everything inside the property is immaculate and well thought out. There wasn’t anything that I needed that they didn’t have. There is also a lovely seating area outside for when the weather is good. The property is about 5 minutes drive from the ferry terminal if you come over from the Kintyre peninsula, along with a community pub and sandwich shop. In the other direction there is a little shop with a cafe/restaurant next door.

A very pleasant house to stay in with super views across the sea. The house is situated in a very quiet hamlet on the coast and there are no immediate shops. A car journey is required to visit the local shop at Pirnmill. We found the people there to be most helpful.

Beautiful cottage. Light and bright and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Beautiful views and lots of wildlife. The owners live next door and are really friendly. Couldn’t have asked for more and will definitely be back.
