A beautiful cottage on the edge of Lamlash village. Very comfortable, with every amenity that one would need for a week on the beautiful Isle of Arran. Only a 10 minute walk to the Co-op supermarket which sells fresh bread and pastries every day with a host of other groceries you may need. There's an Indian takeaway and pie/cake shop also nearby which are both excellent. There is parking space for one vehicle directly outside the property, which has a master bedroom upstairs and a bedroom downstairs with two single beds. This is helpful for someone with mobility issues, however they would have to go upstairs to use the bathroom. The village of Lamlash has several local bars, all located within hotels. You can also book a boat trip to Holy Island opposite the village, but be quick as the trips sell out in advance. All in all, a wonderful place to stay (it was a heatwave so that helped) though we didn't use the log burner. We would not hesitate to recommend this property and would definitely stay again.
