The Old Manse annexe is a little gem. Fiona, the owner, was very welcoming and helpful, and the property has everything we needed. The upstairs space was particularly spacious and impressive. Ideally located for trips into Kelso and Coldstream - we loved the Hirsel Estate with our four legged friend. We also visited the Flodden Field trail which we enjoyed very much. There is a park just 2 minutes away from the property, ideal for exercising our dog. We had a meal in the pub in the town which was very good and the locals were friendly and welcoming. We like the Scottish Borders very much, and I have no doubt we will be back to The Old Manse annexe. We did need to cut this visit a little shorter than we had hoped because of a hospital appointment, but we still felt it was very good value and well worth a visit.
