We are so glad that we found High Wardneuk Cottage! After 2 months of staying at holiday accommodation in between moving house, we immediately felt at home the minute we walked in!Where to start - the exceptional welcome pack, not just for the adults but the little touches for your dogs and infants. The lovely furnishings, log burner and sensor lights in the hallways all added to the homely feel. The kitchen was so well equipped and there was even an air fryer. The views were spectacular, not only the sea view but we were lucky enough to watch the Ayr air show on the weekend we arrived. It’s in a lovely quiet area yet less that 5 minutes to the M77. Fiona and Ewan are exceptional hosts , even recommending areas to walk with our dog. They are available if you need them but pretty much left you to enjoy your stay at their lovely cottage.I’ll certainly be recommending this cottage to anyone looking to stay in South Ayrshire!

A 5* property in an excellent location. The cottage is pristine and the owners (who live next door) have thought of everything to make their guests’ stay as comfortable as possible. High quality decor and facilities make for a top class home from home. Rural but 10/15 mins from so much that Ayrshire can offer. Stunning views across the beautiful coast to Arran and Ailsa Craig are visible from every room in the property. Without doubt this is one of the best cottages available and cannot be recommended highly enough.
