Guests say

Nettlebush Cottage is highly praised for its comfort, cleanliness, and stunning, peaceful location. Guests appreciate the warm welcome, the cosy atmosphere, and the beautiful views. It's an ideal retreat for couples and dog owners, with walks right from the door and nearby towns for convenience. Some minor issues with facilities and maintenance are noted, but overall, the cottage offers a delightful stay.

Reviews consistently mention that the cottage is clean and well-kept, suggesting high standards of cleanliness that contribute to the overall positive experience of the guests.

The location is frequently described as beautiful, peaceful, and ideal for walks and relaxation, with easy access to nearby towns. The rural setting and lovely views contribute to a high score for location.

Guests find the cottage comfortable and cosy, with a warm atmosphere and a good-sized bedroom. However, one review mentioned a very firm bed, slightly impacting the comfort score.

While the cottage is generally well-equipped, some guests experienced issues with heating control and found the kitchen small with limited storage. These points suggest room for improvement in facilities and maintenance.

Although guests mention a welcome pack and the owners being welcoming and friendly, there is insufficient information to determine the consistency of such gestures and whether they can be expected by all guests. Therefore, a score cannot be provided.

This was our 2nd visit to Nettlebush Cottage- the perfect location to beat the January blues! Owners are friendly, helpful and very responsive- we had an issue with the central heating on the first morning but the owners were on hand to sort it out immediately. Hope to return for a 3rd stay!
