This is a lovely property in a great location, there is plenty of room and it has a good layout. It is a little tired in a few respects but still provides decent value for money.

Magnolia cottage is in a great location,plenty to do around the area. We had stayed at this property previously a few years ago and loved it then but unfortunately not this time! The cottage was dirty, filthy windows, dirty bathrooms and one terrible mouldy smell,uncomfortable beds, dirty towels,cobwebs everywhere, stair gates wouldn't fit, upstairs banister very wobbly and generally unsafe, no chopping boards and no sharp knives we had to go and buy some! Ovens don't work properly and no numbers on dials, old mixed mugs and glasses and baking trays. Rusty kitchen utensils, sofas need a clean, ice machine in fridge doesn't work and pieces of broken glass in cupboard where children could easily have got them! Sadly won't be returning.

I'm sorry to have to report that although we loved the house, location and Aberaron, we would not stay in this property again. We couldn't use the oven because it was filthy, the cooker hood was caked in grease, the oven trays needed throwing out. Otherwise my bed was clean and comfortable along with the bathroom but there was dust on the skirtings, the lamps and the windows were filthy. Especially in the dining room. The two mattresses in one of the twin rooms were uncomfortable. One was so bad my friend had to spend the weekend on the large sofa. I phoned the owner, he said he would replace the mattresses on Sunday. That did not happen . The bannister at the top of the stairs on the landing was loose. I'll leave it there as some things have been mentioned by previous renters. This beautiful house needs some well needed TLC.
