We didn’t stay in the accommodation we booked and weren’t given the option to. We were told there had been some issues but later found there were in fact people staying in the accommodation we booked. We can’t review accommodation we didn’t stay in the.

Very nice little apartment. Parking is tight, but if you have an EV, then the charge point is a great bonus to have your car charged ready for the morning.

Great location with parking. Lovely clean and well renovated apartment, with great, quiet location for exploring Aberystwyth. The flat was warm, has parking and has acces to a lovely little garden at the front. Good WiFi available throughout. The bed was very uncomfortable, duvet cover the wrong size for the duvet itself; mattreses were very old and uneven; the base of the bed was the wrong size for the mattreses on the top. Two single mattreses pushed together, although listed as a "large double". The listing states there is a washing machine in the apartment, but there is not. The hot tub was in a horrendous state of disrepair, and clearly needs an overhaul including a new lid. The guest information in the folder was not relevant to the flat, seemed to relate to the hotel around the corner. Parking spaces would benefit from being numbered for each apartment. Checking in was challenging as no information was sent in advance. Keys have to be collected from the hotel - it would have been useful to know this in advance of arrival. TV remote was not functional as no cover and a battery mising.
