Cottages are just an intermediary and have no real relationship with us. We received standard mesages but the local host phoned us to tell us the flat we had chosen was not available. They did put us up in another flat but it did not have a sea view and there was no reduction of price. I informed cottages about wanting a partial rebate and only got standard chatbot mesages back.

    Amazing sea view !

Owned by a third party, all mesages were just answered with all the host direct. Until I asked about how to get in, no instructions were given. We actually had to go to a separate hotel at a different location to get the keys. Some clear instructions to this effect would have been nice.
