Contact the hosts - we'll personalise your stay at this two-bedroom holiday caravan found on Social Media called "Clwyd 40 Brynowen" located on the freshly landscaped flat area of Brynowen Holiday Park is a very short walk from Borth beach, and a short drive to Ynyslas beach and sand dunes. This Parkdean Resorts site is particularly well suited to young families. The facilities include a bar/restaurant, clubhouse, swimming pool, small shop, arcade and outdoor play area; all of which are a short level walk from the caravan.
The caravan offers a fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge/dining area, a large shower cubicle, toilet, double bedroom, twin-singles bedroom and a pull out sofa bed in the lounge. The caravan can comfortably sleep 5 guests. There is a spacious flat area directly outside the caravan offering space for older children to play in close proximity. Childrens play spaces and activity clubs are available from Parkdean.
Despite restrictions, Parkdean Resorts Ltd have been providing Click n Collect meals on the Park. We are working closely to ensure that where possible, bookings can be honoured - We are now fully booked for the 2022 Summer School holidays.

My wife and I have purchased a slightly older parkhome here because we have three grown up sons and four grandchildren under 5 who love drawing and playing with Lego. They absolutely love jumping in puddles and messing about on the beach. We expect a reasonable amount of wear and tear, the outside store shed is big enough for a wet buggy / folded pram ! Ask us about your equipment needs.
Borth offers all the amenities you would expect from a small seaside town. There is a shop (Nisa) a two minute walk from the site, cafes, pubs, fish & chip shop and a number of independent retailers. Borth also offers a beach-side golf course, a zoo (Borth Wild Animal Kingdom) and a railway station museum.
A short drive up the coast will bring you to Ynyslas beach & national nature reserve. This is a wonderful sandy beach and very popular in the summer months.
Aberystwyth is 7 miles by car (approx. 15/20 mins) and offers everything you would expect from a larger coastal town including supermarkets and further tourist attractions.
