This footpath extends all the way from the fields adjacent to the property along the river into Lampeter town. This is a beautiful walk where you can discover the array of wildlife on your doorstep. The birdsong in the morning is really one to experience. For the cycling enthusiast, there are a number of local tracks but in particular Brechfa Forsest, 10 miles away, is one of the finest mountain cycling circuits in the country. You could take a twenty-five minute drive to the town of Llandysul and go on a canoeing or kayaking expedition along the river Teifi or visit Aberaeron, a pretty coastal town just 20 minutes away as well Dolaucothi Goldmines, National Botanical Gardens of Wales and an abundance of lovely beaches to explore.
