Generally clean and comfortable, but would disagree with "luxury" description. Microwave and hob not working on arrival, quickly fixed but should have been checked. No welcome pack, cot and high chair not ready as requested. No children's play area as advertised.Need extra curtain rings and curtains that actually fit and close properly, especially as people were often walking past the property.Use of hot tub should also be included in cost, not an extra payment.
