Really lovely place and the owners were excellent, very kind and helpful (providing us with extra cooking utensils & even bringing us some board games) & always quick to reply to any queries we had. We went at Christmas & the house was beautifully decorated & toasty warm & the owners provided a lovely Christmas hamper for us. It would be even better in the warmer months as you could make more use of the lovely outside facilities. Very friendly & welcoming people in the local pub & shop. Even though we managed well, the only slight drawback for us was the size of the bedroom with the bunk beds. It was on the small size, but we had 2 young adults staying in it, there wouldn't have been a problem if they'd been children. Have already recommended it to friends who want to visit the area and we would return.
