It blends rustic, nautical charm with practical living features to create a relaxed, welcoming base for a coastal escape in the Welsh countryside. Inside, the cabin boasts a king size bed plus bunk beds, making it suitable for couples, small families or groups who want an easy going stay surrounded by nature.
The interior includes a kitchenette and breakfast bar, giving you the freedom to prepare meals and snacks at your own pace. A cosy sofa area adds a touch of comfort where you can unwind after exploring the local area, and the cabin’s thoughtful layout ensures there’s ample room to move around and relax. Some charming nautical touches give the space personality, making it feel homely yet adventurous — much like a fisherman’s own shelter close to the sea.

Wild Meadow Camping is nestled in the rolling countryside of Plwmp, Ceredigion, West Wales, just a few miles from the rugged Cardigan Bay coast. It sits along quiet country lanes between New Quay and Llangrannog, making it easy to reach scenic beaches and sections of the Wales Coast Path within a short drive. The meadow setting is rich with wildflowers and wildlife, offering peaceful rural views while still being close to charming villages, pubs and local amenities.
This makes it an ideal base for exploring both coastal and inland attractions in West Wales. Our modern shower block offers that little bit of luxury so rarely found on campsites, with one well appointed shower rooms and 2 extra toilets to accommodate our campers needs. There is also a large external sink for washing up, and a freezer for food storage.
Overall, the Fisherman’s Cabin is designed for those who appreciate comfort without fuss and want a tranquil, scenic spot to base themselves while exploring the heart of West Wales.
