Master Bedroom with a Super Kingsize zip & link bed which can be made up as two single beds on request; wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. There's access to the conservatory from this room.

1 Twin Bedroom; with wardrobe, chest of drawers and chair. This bedroom has jack & jill access to the large Wet Room.

1 Single Bedroom (adapted);  this bedroom is intended for disabled clients and has a patio door, electric motorised rise and fall bed, large smart tv, bedside cabinets, seating area, an Oxford Hoist (3ft 6ins) and double sliding door to the shared Wet Room. There is also a small folding day bed which can be used by carers if necessary. This room also has direct access to the lounge.

1 Single Bedroom; a small single room with wardrobe, dressing table and stool.

Entrance has ramped access leading to the large hallway.

Kitchen is a newly fitted kitchen diner, with cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave /table and chairs suitable for 6 guests.

Lounge has an Archway from the kitchen leads to the lounge with ample seating for everyone, an electric fire and large smart TV. Bi-fold doors give views of the coastline and extend the lounge outside and allow easy access onto the decking.

Shower Room with W/C, shower, and wash hand basin

Wet Room (ensuite access from two bedrooms) very spacious with non-slip floor, large washbasin unit, shower and W/C with riser if needed.

Outside:

Utility Room with washing machine/tumble drier and sink, ample drying and washing area.

Grounds have two lawned areas perfect for games and playing. Wonderful raised decking is accessible from the house by wheelchair and also via a ramp from the driveway and garden area, allowing all sizes of the wheelchair to access the house. Ample gardens, enclosed for dogs with gated access, and a wonderful sea view. Gas barbeque. Tarmac car parking for 4 cars.
