An ideally located 4-bedroom home in a quiet area of Blackpill, on the outskirts of Mumbles.

Roman Bridge Close is approached via a sweeping driveway. Step inside this spacious detached family home and you’re met by stylish contemporary interiors, decorated in muted shades of grey and white. A charming property for eight guests with comfortable lounge and dining room with French doors onto the large garden.

 

Situated midway between Swansea and Mumbles the property is close to the popular Woodman Pub and The Junction Cafe. It’s also close to Swansea University and a good option for cyclists with cycle paths into the Marina and Mumbles. Further afield, drive along the Gower Peninsular and step back in time with a visit to one of the many castles, stroll along the coastal paths and stop off at one of the fabulous beaches along the way.

Living room: soft seating for 8, TV/DVD/CD player and double doors leading into the dining room.

Lounge: Spacious second lounge with soft seating for 6.

Dining room: sliding doors to access the garden, dining table and chairs for 8.

Kitchen: electric double oven with 4-ring hob, microwave, dishwasher .

Utility room: fridge/freezer and washing machine.

Shower room: electric shower, WC and wash basin.

First Floor

Bedroom 1: double bed, three chests of drawers, ensuite shower room, WC and wash hand basin.

Bedroom 2: double bed, storage space.

Bedroom 3: twin beds, storage drawers and wardrobe.

Bedroom 4: twin beds storage, large double fronted wardrobe, ensuite shower room, WC and wash hand basin. 

Bathroom: bath with shower, WC and wash hand basin.

Entertainment: TV/DVD/CD player.

Outside: large gardens laid to lawn and a patio with an outdoor table and chairs. 

For families: travel cot and highchair available on request. 

Parking: parking for up to 6 cars.

General: changeover day - Saturday. Gas CH. Bed linen and towels provided. WiFi. 3 star rating. 

Pets: sorry, no pets.

Notes: no smoking. 

 

No electric car charging point at the property , There are public charging points across Swansea at the City owned car parks.  The nearest to my property is in the car park for Clyne Valley (incorrectly referred to as Clyne Gardens Car park).
