Next door you will locate a dedicated dining room, with seating for four guests and a lovely electric fire, to set a relaxing ambience as you wine and dine. The kitchen is well-equipped with a range of appliances to ease your self-catered stay, leading out to an enclosed rear garden, with patio furniture to relish in an alfresco affair. Two well-appointed bedrooms await, a double and a twin, both furnished, one with plush carpet and the other with under foot vinyl and calming tones, where you can rest before another day of adventure. Start the day with a bath or shower, before kickstarting your North Wales itinerary, starting on your doorstep, with the RSPB Conwy nearby, a haven for avid birdwatchers, or follow the estuary trail to reach The Smallest House In Great Britain and Conwy Castle, both recommended to tour. For a day at the beach, head north to discover the delights of Llandudno, where you can stroll along the pier with a bag of fish and chips, travel on the cable car up to the Great Orme Summit, or attend a show at Venue Cymru, finishing your evening with a bite to eat at the popular Italian restaurant of Wildwood. With Colwyn Bay, Abergele and Towyn resting north, and the Eryri National Park resting south, there's plenty to see and do with 1 River View Terrace as your base.

Llandudno Junction is a large village, situated within the county borough of Conwy, Wales. The town was built around the railway station, where today you will find many through trains from Manchester to Llandudno. The village also plays host to a number of small businesses, shops, supermarkets, chain restaurants, pubs and a Cineworld. From here, you can cross the famous Conwy Suspension Bridge to access the wonderful market town of Conwy, where you can discover Welsh history by visiting the 13th century fortress, the Smallest House in Great Britain and the historic home, Plas Mawr. Further afield is the larger coastal town of Llandudno, which plays host to the Great Orme, where you can enjoy breath-taking sea and mountain views, offering a challenging walk with a pub at the top. Whilst here, you can also take a walk along the traditional Pier or take a cable car ride to the summit. Llandudno Junction is a superb base for exploring this portion of North Wales.

which is the next (correct road) Premises 1.Overall, very good, probably exceed my expectations. 2.only issue we had was learning how to open the kitchen back door. (basically you had to insert they key, push the door and turn the key at the same time, rather than insert and turn the key. Notes left by the owner. 1.Very good & useful. particular on eating out, we tried both recommendations, both very good. Location, although a secluded location the local and street lighting enabled us to confidently leave and come back well after sunset.

Lots of home comforts. Nice touch with tea, cakes, milk, soft drinks for the children and wine for the adults left. Only one minor problem we couldn't get out of the back door to put the rubbish out, but we could use the gate instead. Would recommend the property owner was lovely and friendly.
