Initially Ashover Lodge was difficult to locate as we didn't realise it was in the garden of someone's house. However, once located & in we were happy. The Lodge has WiFi, comfortable bed & good shower. The area was very quiet which suprised us as so close to the fun fair & amusements. We used the little sun deck both morning & evening, it was bliss!Ashover Lodge was a great base for our N. Wales holiday- so easy to use the expressway & visit Conway , Llandudno & surrounding areas. We only ate out once at Jas chippy which was good value- cooked fresh , we used the local supermarkets & the cooker for our quick meals when we got back quite late after our day trips. We would definitely recommend Ashover Lodge & intend to rebook when the time comes to investigate more of North Wales. Nyall the owner was quick with answers to my questions which was wonderful as well- I wasn't sure if towels & bedding were included but they were. Nice touches such as a little welcome pack, toilet rolls , washing up liquid etc were unexpected but welcome.
