This delightful, detached cottage has a private patio from which to enjoy views of the garden and countryside. The holiday property is situated opposite the 16th-century village pub in Betws-yn-Rhos with its pay and play golf course, tennis courts and bowling green. Walkers will enjoy the many footpaths in the area, and it is a short drive to Llandudno with its shops, theatre, restaurants and famous Great Orme, whilst the Snowdonia National Park is within easy reach. Shop 30 yards, pub and restaurant 20 yards.

The hosts are fantastic. My apologies, I've forgotten their names although I can remember Roxy's. I had a problem the day I arrived, nothing to do with the accommodation or hosts. They were so kind and tried hard to help me to resolve the issue. They definitely went above and beyond. Huge thank you to them. The place is warm and inviting. The garden is great for the dogs, I've 3!It's a lovely place and the setting is beautiful. I thoroughly recommend. Carol M

Sofas very low , thought had real fire place but was electric , bed very small feet hung out end and as 2 well built people bed was not that wide . No TV in bedroom which we was aware of but would of made it better if did .WiFi kept going off one time for nearly 2 days . But the upside had nice corner bath shower was not powerful and garden was pretty nice size
