About this property

This charming mid-terrace cottage is located on the Great Orme in the Victorian seaside resort of Llandudno. The property is just a short stroll from the world-famous trams with views encompassing the Great Orme golf course and is perfect for a memorable break away for a family, friends or a couple. Offering wonderful accommodation that will not disappoint, this attractive cottage has a lot to offer and is deceptively spacious once inside. Tastefully decorated throughout to a high standard in neutral, warm tones and beautifully styled with a real eye for detail and flare, this lovely cottage is comfortable and you’ll feel at home from the moment you walk through the front door. The cosy sitting room is light and bright with comfy seating and the wall-mounted living-flame electric fire will be welcomed during the cooler months. The modern fitted kitchen is well-equipped and the spacious dining area creates a lovely sociable space with a relaxing ambiance where you’ll want to spend time planning the next day’s activities or reminiscing and exchanging stories over the day you’ve just enjoyed, whilst enjoying a late supper. On the first floor are two well-appointed bedrooms, a twin and a spacious king-size, together with a bathroom. A delightful first floor garden room and courtyard enjoys a sunny aspect at the rear of the cottage, and will prove to be a popular addition to the cottage, perfect for enjoying some peace and tranquillity before getting ready to hit the town in the evening. Take in a show at Llandudno’s main theatre or enjoy an evening stroll along the promenade and Llandudno’s historic Victorian pier. The magnificent Great Orme is on your doorstep and a haven for some fantastic walks and cycling. Alternatively, if you fancy something a little more relaxing, then take the cable car to the summit and marvel at some breathtaking views. If you are feeling a little more active, you can enjoy a game of pitch-and-putt on the Great Orme’s family golf course, great fun for all ages. For something a little more exhilarating there is always the dry ski slope and toboggan run. The town is a short stroll down the hill with a wide range of independent shops, pubs, tea rooms and restaurants. The beachfront amusements and the Punch and Judy show (summer months only) are always a hit with the children, whatever their age. Only eight miles away, discover the stunning Bodnant Gardens, one of the most beautiful gardens in the UK, spanning some 80-acres and situated above the River Conwy. Just short drives away are the historic castles at Conwy and Caernarfon and the stunning Snowdonia National Park, or venture over onto the Isle of Anglesey for the day. There is something for everyone, and whatever you choose to do on your North Wales holiday, this delightful cottage will provide a great base from which to explore and ensure that you have a truly memorable time whatever the time of year.

Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey.
