Your holiday begins as soon as you set foot in the impressive open-plan living area which hosts a relaxing sitting area and is somewhere you can imagine curling up together to catch up on each other’s news or just to zone out and watch your favourite TV programme. You can look forward to preparing delicious meals for your loved one in the stylish kitchen which has everything needed to produce wholesome fayre for that special someone. When bedtime calls, make your way upstairs to the immaculately-presented master bedroom which comes complete with a sumptuous super king-size bed just waiting for you to sink into and relax. Conwy is a beautiful town which offers both a wealth of history together with all the modern shops and eateries you would expect. It isn’t hard to see why it has been designated as a World Heritage Site with the ruins of its castle making a spectacular focal point for the town. Whatever time of year you visit, there is sure to be something on in the town or just enjoy browsing through the quaint streets where you will find a great selection of independent shops and boutiques as well as traditional pubs, restaurants and tea rooms. The town is also a great base for exploring the rest of North Wales with dramatic Snowdonia National Park a short drive away as well as some wonderful beaches along the coastline. Other attractions worth visiting include Llechwedd Slate Caverns, Surf Snowdonia, Happy Valley Botanical Gardens and Haulfre Gardens. The nearby town of Llandudno is well worth a visit with its pier, beaches, the Great Orme Tramway and bustling shopping streets. For a romantic getaway in Sea View Terrace gives guests a holiday location that offers the best of both worlds: a bustling country town on the doorstep with dramatic mountains, rolling countryside and miles of sandy beaches within a short distance.

Conwy, a World Heritage Site, is unquestionably well-known around the world for its historical and architectural legacy, yet the centre of the town is a hive of busy activity. There are numerous specialised stores, eateries, and motels in addition to its traditional festivals and fairs, musical performances, galleries, and tourist attractions. Conwy Castle, which was constructed for King Edward I between 1283 and 1287, is still regarded as one of the finest examples of mediaeval military construction. The castle's unusual, elongated shape—complete with two barbicans, eight enormous towers, and a large bow-shaped hall—was likely influenced by the castle's location on a small rocky outcrop. The Gwledd Conwy Feast, the Honey Fair, the Seed Fair, and other yearly festivals, events, and fairs, as well as other musical occasions throughout the year, are just a few of the town's many annual celebrations of its historical traditions, which it is pleased to uphold. Conwy is the ideal starting point for exploring the stunning Snowdonia National Park, strolling along undeveloped sandy beaches, or taking in the breathtaking nature right outside your door. The Llechwedd Slate Caverns, which have the longest zip line in Europe, are also close by, while Surf Snowdonia is only six miles distant.

The parking is quite an issue as it does not say in the holiday spec that turning your car around would be that awkward, lots of cars parked and sometimes people from the next street also park making it a very tight squeeze, surprised my car escaped unscratched.House however was lovely, clean and the huge bed and shower were fab.A mop would of been useful to mop up after my dog drinking from his bowl and a better explanation of refuse collection(says fortnightly)but doesnt stipulate what day or what to do with recycling, bottles and cans etc.

The property is not dog friendly. There is no rear door to the property and a 500 yard walk to the nearest green area .We have two dogs one which is elderly and a walk to an outdoor area 5 times a day was too much for her.Would not recommend this property .Tried to talk to Sykes cottage about this and they were very rude on the phone on the sat we arrived.
