Porthcawl, halfway between Swansea and Cardiff, is perfectly located for your South Wales coastal holiday. Enjoy the thrills of the funfair, a quiet walk along the promenade or a lazy day sunning yourself on one of the fine beaches. Sample good food at the many inns and restaurants in the town centre or just soak up the atmosphere of a traditional seaside resort all year round. With wonderful walks, cycling, surfing, golf courses and much more close at hand you can enjoy the great outdoors in picturesque scenery. Nearby, the attractions of Margam Park and the National Museum of Wales are great days out, or enjoy the impressive shopping facilities in nearby Cardiff followed by an evening at the theatre or maybe enjoy one of the many sporting events or concerts held at the Millennium Stadium. Whatever you wish for in your holiday you will be sure to find it in this beautiful part of Wales.
