This stunning detached property, with the owners adjacent, commands breathtaking views out over the valley towards Moel Famau and the Clwydian Range. With a Juliet balcony opening off the first floor living room, it is an ideal place to relax and soak up the views with a glass of wine. There’s a well fitted kitchen/dining room on the first floor and a patio outside at ground floor level. The property is situated in a rural location 1.3 miles up a narrow country lane, rising to a level to be able to take advantage of the amazing views of the Clwydian Range which differs by the day. If you are willing to take your chances, you will reach this charming country cottage where you can be assured of a warm welcome with peace and tranquillity in this lovely corner of North Wales.

With walks in abundance straight from the door, this property makes an ideal base for a walking break in the Clwydian Hills. Close by, there is the historic town of Ruthin with its famous jail and a great choice of cafés and restaurants. You can drive over the Horseshoe Pass and visit Llangollen, home to both the International Musical Eisteddfod which takes place in July, and the Llangollen Steam Railway. Take your bucket and spade to the beaches on the North Wales coast, or take a trip to Betws-y-Coed, the gateway to the Snowdonia National Park. Tuck in to a bison burger at Rhug Farm Shop near Corwen, or hire a bike to go riding in the local forests. Beach 15 miles. Shop 4 miles, pub 2½ miles and restaurant 2 miles.
