Gloriously located in the centre of a peaceful rural village in the beautiful and unspoilt Ceiriog Valley, this charming, detached coach house conversion offers supremely comfortable and spacious accommodation within the grounds of the former rectory. The bathroom has a wonderful rain shower and outside, magnificent views down the valley can be savoured from the pretty raised terrace. The Coach House also has a small balcony and a courtyard herb garden.
The village boasts two award-winning gastronomic country pubs. There is wonderful walking - the Berwyn Mountains are on the doorstep and Snowdonia is within easy reach - also bird watching and pony trekking. Chirk, an historic border town, has a good selection of shops, a magnificent castle (National Trust) and the 19th-century Telford aqueduct, whilst Llangollen’s steam trains, horse-drawn canal boat trips and world famous music Eisteddfod are within easy reach. Lovely place to stay. Coach House had everything we needed, very cozy and in a great location, very scenic. Despite the awful weather we had such a chilled weekend. Would love to return. Great communication and would recommended

Spent a long weekend in the coach house and it was perfect for that. Upstairs living space with the views across the valley which were stunning. Exactly what we wanted. The food in The Hand was amazing, well worth a visit.
