Guests appreciate Tŷ Clara for its cleanliness, convenient location, and comfort. The property is praised for its spaciousness and provision of essentials, with a special mention of complimentary items adding a thoughtful touch. While parking can be challenging and some maintenance issues were noted, the overall experience is positive, with the property offering a cosy and welcoming stay in Llangollen.
The property is consistently described as clean, with one review noting it as 'spotlessly clean'. However, one guest mentioned a full vacuum canister and a courtyard in need of tidying, slightly affecting the score.
The location is generally well-received for its proximity to the town centre and attractions. However, parking difficulties have been highlighted, which impacts the convenience for some guests.
Comfort is a strong point for Tŷ Clara, with guests finding the beds comfortable and the house warm, even in winter. The living room and amenities contribute to a cosy stay.
Facilities are adequate, with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom essentials. However, issues with a Sky box PIN, lack of dishwasher capsules, and a tripping hazard slightly lower the score.
The provision of complimentary items such as dog bowls and toiletries is appreciated, indicating thoughtfulness. However, it should be noted that such gifts are a kind gesture and may not be guaranteed for every stay.

The house was in a great location, had everything we needed and was very clean. We had a dog with us and was great to be provided with dog bowl, poo bags etc. I would recommend the description of the house describes the outdoor space a bit more. It is not really somewhere you can sit outside but it didn't bother us that much as the weather wasn't amazing. The only other point to note was the sky box. You needed a pin to be able to watch some of sky programmes. The pin was not provided in the folder of information in the house and also when we contacted cottages.com the answer provided by the owners didn't help. Apart from that we loved our stay.

Nice cottage, however parking was extremely difficult. Parking outside the unit is only allowed for 1 hour. Parking in the parking lot, if you can get it, needs to be paid for, unless you want to move the car around all day, and park in there after 11pm and out before 7am, and a all-day parking ticket is 8 pound. We had to park in the Aldi carpark for several hours before we could get a park. Also 1 part roll of toilet paper for 4 days (no spares) , no diswasher capsules, the vacuum canister full of dog hair and rubbish. Note the carpet lifting at the door to the main bedroom, major tripping hazard. The courtyard, where you can hang your washing, was no better than a builders tip yard, filthy and full of rubbish.
