What I required was a property all on one level , dog friendly, with a super king bed and an enclosed garden . All those wishes were met . The bed was super comfy and the sofas are recliners which was a bonus . The kitchen has everything we needed including a washing machine. The little dining table and chairs could do with updating but were adequate . Being on the golf club land meant plenty of parking , and the noise was minimal. If you go around the club there is a lovely walk for the dog. We would definitely stay there again.

Just about 4 Miles from Rhyl and plenty of local shops to get fresh groceries so wait till you get there. Don't need to take loads with you.

There was a damp musty smell when entering the property which did not go away even after opening the windows. The weather was very warm and the outside garden furniture was not suitable for 4 people as 2 of the rattan chairs had holes in them. No complimentary pack as stated. One toilet roll provided. No follow-up from the owners to see if all was well. As having had an air bnb previously there are issues that need to be addressed. 3 star accommodation with 5 star prices.
