This wonderful detached cottage, formerly the bake house/coach house and dairy to the ’big’ house, is situated on a working farm a few miles off the A55. This converted stone building is approximately 400 years old and has retained many original features. It is well-equipped with everything you need for a self-catering stay, including a washing machine and hair dryers in both bedrooms. It has stunning views over the Clwydian mountain range. There is a large lawned garden with play equipment for children and a hot tub, and the owner will give a guided tour of the farm, show you how to milk and other farm tasks by arrangement. The cottage is ideally situated for exploring Snowdonia with its spectacular scenery, or visiting the sandy beaches around Prestatyn (4 miles), golfing or taking a day trip to Anglesey and maybe catching the ferry to Ireland for the day. Shop 0.5 mile, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

Fab an amazing relaxing weekend in the coach house accommodation. A building with a lot of history and qwerky features including a wardrobe that looked like it would take you to Narnia.

A perfect weekend get away with the girls, cottage is lovely with some original features and the hot tub was a bonus. Weekend was made by getting to feed the baby cows we will definitely book to stay again
