From the sitting room a short staircase leads to a half-landing and onto two separate staircases, one to a double bedroom which enjoys delightful sea views and the other to a twin room located on a minstrel's gallery overlooking the sitting room. The ground floor family bathroom offers a walk-in shower room, with a large utility/drying room completing the accommodation. Outside this delightful stone cottage is a large, private patio area close to the modern stable block, and the owners are happy to allow use of the stables, manege and grazing on request, and with the popular cross country riding tracks at Mostyn Farm Ride close by this is an ideal location for an equine holiday. The sandy dunes of Talacre beach are reached within 10 minutes drive where you will see the famous Talacre lighthouse. Within easy reach are a couple of golf courses for the enthusiasts, whilst Forest Hill Fisheries offer trout farm fishing to fulfil the most ardent fisherman. There a 3 great pubs within 10-15 minute drive. A superb Mostyn cottage for a fantastic, memorable holiday at any time of the year.

The small village of Mostyn is situated on the estuary of the River Dee, near the town of Holywell in Flintshire, North Wales. To the north west of the village is Mostyn Hall and Garden, a Grade I listed building. The market town of Holywell is five miles away and is home to St. Winefride's Well, one of the Seven Wonders of Wales, and the remains of the 12th Century Basingwerk Abbey. Within driving distance is the city of Chester, Ruthin and Betws-y-Coed.
