Security DepositGuests are now asked for their card details when completing their Self-check In information, they no longer need to call the office for this to be processed.
Group Bookings/Party Types
Please be aware this park may accept group bookings but must have prior approval from the park. The security deposit will also be £300 per accommodation. For couples at least one member in the party must be 21.

Dogs must be declared at time of booking, dogs not declared will not be accepted.
Arrival Information
Please note the latest time for arrival is 7pm, if you are going to arrive later than 7pm please contact the park directly to let them know and arrange late check in.
Facilities
There is free Wi-Fi access around the facilities. Wi-Fi is then charged £10 per accommodation.
Disposable BBQs permitted on site but only with a portable BBQ stand which can be borrowed from reception with a £20 security deposit.
The Prosecco Pamper pack includes Prosecco, chocolates and flowers.
Any and all booking are conditional upon you and your guest compliance with general rules of good conduct and behaviour. Consequently you agree that you and your guests shall not:-
I. Smoke within the lodges or Manor House, Games room or Play area;
II. Tamper with any fire alarms, boilers or emergency equipment;
III. Remove, damage or destroy any lodge property, decking or public area, (including damage to Hot Tub lids);
IV. Cause nuisance (including noise), annoyance, or offence to the park staff or our other guests.
V. Pets are not permitted to be left unattended in lodges. No fouling on the decking. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Pet owners/guardians may be responsible for any additional cost to the sum of £200 (security deposit) for deep-cleaning, repair and replacement of damaged facilities. Pets must be declared and allocated into pet friendly units. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.
VI. Park or drive vehicles on grassed areas.
The park reserves the right to retain the security deposit to cover damage, additional cleaning or loss sustained.
The park have come to the decision not to put up Christmas Tree’s and decorations this year in our lodges, due to the current situation. Please feel free to bring your own tree and decorations, but these must be removed by guests when they depart.
Lodges will be decorated for Christmas.

Great location well kept grounds, clean lodge.Hot tube was easy to use and was lovley after hours of walking up the hills.Lovley sitting on the extra large sofa felt like we had so much space. Myself and my son had an amazing break thank you 😊 Pros.▪︎Great location.Clean.•Bed was super confitable ▪︎We had every utensil we needed, well equipped.•Hoover, mop bucket, sweeping brush if needed.•Enough dish washer tablets and washing up liquid.Cons•No frills.▪︎Dated in areas.▪︎Needs a thermostate, I didn't feel confident turning it on and off at the boiler. Glad the site warden was about to show me how to use as it got extremely hot in there.▪︎Bath and shower in on-suit just rang luke warm water.•WiFi not included.
