Cilwendeg Lodge is consistently praised for its comfort, well-equipped kitchen, and tranquil location. Guests enjoy the private garden, hot tub, and cosy atmosphere. A welcome basket adds a thoughtful touch, and the hosts are commended for their responsiveness.

The cottage was noted to be clean upon arrival, indicating high standards of cleanliness.

The location is appreciated for its peace, quiet, and convenience for walking and sightseeing, suggesting a very satisfactory setting.

With mentions of a comfortable bed and cosy living space, the lodge offers a high level of comfort, although one guest did not prefer the memory foam mattress.

Facilities like the hot tub and well-stocked kitchen are highly regarded, but a non-functioning extractor fan and TV remote issue slightly affect the score.

The welcome basket and local milk are mentioned as lovely additions, showing thoughtfulness, though it's noted that such gifts are a kind gesture and not guaranteed.

Good location and easy to find. Cottage has private garden and private tub. cottage was clean on arrival nice welcome pack for guests thanks. Stairs steep to second bedroom but as our two children where sleeping there this was not a problem. Main bedroom bed was good, but the mattress was a memory foam one which we don't like. Bathroom was fine only issue no light switch as its on a sensor and the extractor fan stopped working while we was there.Lounge was cosy we couldn't get the tv to work maybe the batteries was flat in the remote, this wasn't really an issue as we didn't arrival back to late and wanting to relax the hot tub after a long day walking .Hope to use again when down that way. Thanks.
