Originally an artist's studio and pottery, the property incorporates many reclamation features including seating from a Suffolk chapel, shelving upcycled from GWR rail lifters, old piano timber for cupboards and a lamp made from an old post box stand! You'll also find some pieces of pottery on display from its working past, which the owners found during its renovation.
Sitting on the sofa feels like being in a treehouse as you get a stunning 'infinity view' through the immense beech tree canopy across the valley.
Wildlife is a big draw here, Tawny and Barn owls can be heard and there are regular sightings of lesser spotted woodpeckers. The area is also a haven for Bats, Foxes and Badgers can also be viewed from the deck, going about their lives in the valley below.
Woodland birds make the perfect companions to an alfresco breakfast on Snoozy Bears decking where the trees shimmer and rustle underneath an ever-moving canopy of dappled sunlight.
Listen to the surf on Abermawr beach, and the burbling stream in the valley, this amazing cabin feels off the beaten track, yet it's easy to get back to the real world. You may spot smoke rising out of nearby Abermawr cottageâs chimney, but that's the only telltale sign of any neighbours in this fairytale setting.
Snoozy Bear's king-size bedroom is a relaxing place to rest with traditional Welsh tapestry cushions from the nearby Tregwynt Woollen Mill and high-quality bedding. The Jotul wood burner keeps the cottage lovely and warm, perfect for year-round breaks.
There are several walks to explore from the front door, but you have the comfort of knowing that when you return, and once walking boots are kicked off; this magical Pembrokeshire hideaway really starts to come to life; at dusk why not light the BBQ and have a meal cooked in the outdoors to the sound of the waves on nearby Abermawr beach.
Live like a local, discovering the best-hidden gem restaurants, walks and attractions during your stay in this corner of Pembrokeshire; The historical city of St Davids is a short drive away and has a good choice of restaurants, pubs and cafes. After a day exploring the Pembrokeshire coast, retreat to the cosy interior and spend an hour or two watching a favourite film with a glass of wine before hunkering down on the sofa, watching the world darkening outside.

1 king-size bedroom, sleeps 2 - which is separate from the main open plan living quarters, includes a king-size bed, bedside cabinets, and lamps. Wardrobe storage space and beautiful views drop the bed.

Shower room, which is again separate from the other spaces and is home to a hot water shower, w/c, heated towel rail, and a large hand basin.
Towels are provided. (Please bring your own beach towels).
The kitchen includes a cooker with hob, kettle, toaster, microwave and a well-equipped kitchen area.
A delightful decked area sits proudly in front of the cabin and offers stunning woodland views, relaxing wildlife can be heard from around the cabin.
