Nestled just off the A40 the property offers a fabulous central location, not just for golf and visiting other courses but exploring the St Davids peninsula and also Tenby and Saundersfoot which are 20 minutes drive away.
The beaches of the West Coast are easily accessible - Newgale is 10 minutes drive, but the property offers easy access with a car to Whitesands, Freshwater East and West, Manorbier, Tenby, Saundersfoot, Barrafundle and Broad Haven. This is a central location for travel, ideal for groups of surfers looking to explore the riches of the West Wales coastline and its fabulous waves.
The sleeping quarters, which there are 1 double bed and two lots of twins, are accompanied by a spacious lounge with TV and reclining sofas and chairs, and also a well-equipped kitchen for storing a few refreshments for after those rounds of golf, as well as a cooker/hob, fridge freezer and additional fridge ideal for a few beers.
Outside, discover a roof terrace with outside seating, a bar also is part of the club, but is not always open - it is a quiet clubhouse - so it means this location is not just for golfers but for families and friends to gather together and have fun.

3 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 6. 1 Double, and 2 Twin bedrooms accessed by the metal steps and therefore not ideal for anyone with a disability or mobility concerns.

Grounds include access to the golf course for a stroll. Access to the roof terrace and outside seating on a sunny day - it is fresh and breezy here due to the elevation.
