Suitable for a family of 5 with a useful downstairs bedroom, Myrtle House will capture your heart with its painted beams, open fire, homely decor, and cosy feel - this is your home away from home in the heart of Pembrokeshire!

Set in a large village on the outskirts of the county town of Haverfordwest, you're getting a peaceful leafy-hamlet stay while being mere minutes away from shops, supermarkets, restaurants, waterfront cafes, a cinema, a swimming pool, and many activities to keep you entertained during your stay at Myrtle House. You're also only a 15-minute drive away from the famous Pembrokeshire coastline - your nearest beach is at Broad Haven, in the middle of St Bride's Bay, with the options of exploring both North and South Pembrokeshire easily from this location.

This family-friendly house immediately feels like home as soon as you step through the door; despite its snug feel, this property has everything you could need for a comfortable stay and easily accommodates all 5 guests in one downstairs double room, one upstairs kingsize room, and one upstairs single room. You can even bring one pet so that you don't leave your furry friend out of all the fun!

This pretty property is packed with gorgeous features such as the painted beams throughout, the stunning quarry tiles in the front entrance, and the wood-burning stove, as well as the owners' own fresh seaside touches reminding you that you're getting both a countryside stay and a holiday near the sea.

The owners have cleverly included everything you could think of into the cute, compact rooms. There are luxuriously modern features such as a Smart TV in the lounge, wifi throughout, and a coffee machine in the kitchen for that little morning caffeine indulgence, but there are also useful, practical items such as a washer and dryer in the utility room, a large, American-style fridge freezer in the kitchen, and there's even a separate WC downstairs, perfect for use by the downstairs bedroom.

The downstairs living space is open plan, with a kitchen and dining area suitable for family breakfasts while pouring over the map, deciding on which beautiful beach to spend the day on, or for evening meals of freshly caught fish from the nearby ports, or one of the many delicious takeaways available in Haverfordwest.

1 downstairs double room with double bed, wardrobe and chair, and large window out to the front of the property. 


1 upstairs master bedroom with kingsize bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and storage space, large freestanding mirror and window out to the front of the property. 


1 upstairs single bedroom with wardrobe, dressing table and window out to the front of the property.

The small family bathroom is on the first floor comprising of a WC, wash hand basin, shower cubicle and heated towel rail - please note that there is no bath in this property.

There is a small downstairs WC which is accessed via the utility room at the rear of the property, next to the back door and entrance to the garden area. The utility area has a washing machine and tumble dryer, a stainless steel utility sink as well as storage space and coat hooks - a great area for entering the property if you're still sandy from the beach.

This area leads into the open plan kitchen and dining area - to your left you'll find a quirky and contemporary dining area with a large family dining table seating 5 on white dining chairs, as well as a bench seat against the back wall for relaxing.

The shaker style kitchen has elegant cream units with wooden worktops, within which are set the oven with hob unit and wall-mounted cupboards for crockery, and the kitchen continues in a galley style along to the sink with fantastic garden views from the window, along with an American fridge-freezer and coffee machine.

The lounge area leads directly off from the kitchen allowing cohesion for all guests - keep an eye on the dog in the garden while reading a book from the lounge. A beautiful brick surround fireplace houses the standalone wood-burning stove, the heart of the room, while comfortable sofas and an armchair fits everyone in for a cosy night of relaxing or watching a film on the Smart TV.

A door leads out to the hallway where the original quarry tiles line the entrance, giving a hint as to the history and heritage of this gem of a house.

To the right is the downstairs bedroom, and the stairway leads up to the other double and single bedrooms and the family bathroom.

Grounds with rear enclosed split-level, fully-enclosed, private patio area, accessible from the utility area. Here, you have access to the front of the house via a small, locked gate, or out across the lawn to the back private parking area for two cars via a larger latched gate. Three steps lead up to the upper lawned area with outdoor seating and barbecue.
