This quaint, detached cottage is situated in the quiet village of Mathry and a short drive from Pembrokeshire’s north coast and beaches. Nearby Porthgain Harbour is an almost undiscovered jewel of the country steeped in history and still used as a small local fishing harbour, also links to the famous gallery of artist John Knapp Fisher and the Preseli Mountains with their long walks and burial chambers. The north coast of Pembrokeshire is an ideal location for the perfect getaway, an untouched and historic part of Wales. Ideal for golf. Horse riding nearby. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant 200 yards.

A comfortable cottage but in need of redecoration and some items,particularly in the kitchen.Also,unlike other cottages we have stayed in there was very little reading material.

A nice little cottage off the beaten track. Very little nearby in terms of amenities. The local pub is nothing fancy but does good food and has a warm welcome. Nearest shop is a couple of miles away. A good base for visiting north and west Pembrokeshire, which is stunning. As the cottage is old and tucked away, it can feel a little cold, especially in the evening. We prefer a king size bed to a double, so felt a little cramped. Some nice welcoming touches by the owners, including greeting us on arrival. Overall, we had a lovely stay and visit to Pembrokeshire

Excellent Hosts, The Coach House was a lovely, homely & cosy place to stay. Well equipped & comfortable. Only issues were the occasional reluctance for the WC to flush & the noisey neighbours using the community centre next door (Loud talking and doors slamming into the early hours on several days).
