Grounds - Rustic steps from living room down into grassed, fenced garden in corner of traditional old farmyard for games and eating outside. Stone stile to wildflower field and private access to coast path. Additionally, south-facing patio and decking with uninterrupted sea (and sunset) views and a further small enclosed grassed area.
