Guests say

Sovereign House is a well-equipped, clean apartment in Milford Haven, praised for its prime location near shops, transport, and marina views. Guests appreciate the thoughtful welcome touches and prompt service when issues arise. Some discomfort with the furniture and occasional maintenance issues are noted.

The apartment consistently receives high marks for cleanliness, with multiple reviews mentioning it being to a high standard and immaculately clean.

The location is generally well-regarded for its proximity to local amenities, transport links, and views of the marina, although one review cites safety concerns due to local youths.

Comfort receives mixed reviews, with several guests finding the sofas and beds uncomfortable, but others had a pleasant stay without mentioning any discomfort.

Facilities are deemed adequate with a well-equipped kitchen and good water pressure, but there are several mentions of maintenance issues such as intermittent WiFi, a rickety bed, and a small shower cubicle.

Guests are charmed by the thoughtful gestures of a welcome bottle of wine, Welsh cakes, and milk, although it's important to note that such gifts are a delightful surprise rather than a guarantee.

Have stayed here three times now to visit relatives. Will keep coming back. It is in a prime location near the shops beaches, towns and countryside. It is immaculately clean and a very nice touch is they leave a pint of milk, a bottle of wine and some Welsh cakes for when you arrive.
