After a long drive we found the site. Looked a nice site. Got the key and went to the caravan. Bed not made up. Went down to reception, Lady came up, beds only made up in platinum vans, not so i said, and showed her the print off and Hoseasons web site page, it said beds made up on arrival and WI_FI included. She said it was Platinum only, but she did make the bed for us and would be contacting Hoseasons to correct the advert. When i contacted Hoseasons by chat on the 30th the info on the caravan had been changed, so i saw no point in complaining.Heating, was working but only gave a warm heat, and i had to put it on to timed continuously on, had someone look at it, he turned it up to 65, but i still slept in my jog bottoms and a tee shirt all week, it would come on and go off, never got hot just warm. Apart from the water pipe coming off the outside fitting one day,(no water for washing up) we had no problems with the water, i did trip the electrics by having the TV, Microwave, lights and electric fire on, when i decided to hoover up some mess. All fixed. The site is dog friendly but dogs are not allowed in the club house, Or to be left alone in the caravan, so we had to shut him in the car, as it was to cold to sit outside and eat.We didn't use the swimming pool or the arcade, but did have a meal and a drink in the bar.Overall, we would go back as and when its warmer. As the area is lovely.
