Waters Edge is a well-regarded cottage in Narberth, praised for its stunning sea views and great location. Guests appreciate the clean, comfortable accommodations and the proximity to local amenities and attractions. While some minor maintenance issues and a lack of mirrors outside the bathroom are noted, the overall sentiment is positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.
The property is generally found to be clean, with only a few mentions of spider webs needing to be cleared. The high standard of cleanliness contributes positively to the guests' experiences.
The location is highly praised for its amazing views and proximity to the beach, pubs, and local attractions. It serves as an excellent base for exploring Pembrokeshire.
Guests find the cottage comfortable, with adequate heating and cosy furnishings. The beds and linen are specifically mentioned as being comfortable, enhancing the overall stay.
While the property is well-equipped, there are several comments about the lack of mirrors for hair drying, an inoperative extractor fan, and limited cooking facilities for more than two people. These issues slightly detract from the otherwise good facilities.

We had a good holiday in the main. Great location, views were amazing and good equipment overall. It was clean but hubby had to get spider and webs down out of the corner in every room. The internet was very intermittent….it was off as much as it was on and quite frustrating. The extractor fan in the bath room wasn’t working, there was a small window in the shower area that’s fine to be open in the summer but very chilly this time of year.We were warm as the storage heaters were very adequate. As I said we had a lovely holiday, it’s a shame about the few things not right as I would have given everything a five star.I would recommend it and I would go back but would like to mention that from the main car park there is a small steep slope that may be difficult for people with mobility problems.

Water's Edge was really great. Immaculately clean and beautifully furnished. The view from the terrace was second to none - and on some sunny October days it was like being abroad. Great base to explore Pembrokeshire. Really well equipped and good location either beach and pubs within easy walking distance. Only minor criticism which others have mentioned- could really do with having a mirror in one of the bedrooms to dry hair at! I brought my own extension lead but it was a bit of a faff. But would definitely consider returning another time.
