The patio area to the rear of the property includes a large wood-fired hot tub and BBQ, with garden furniture ready to be enjoyed relaxing with family and friends.
The Coast Path is only a short walk away and passes directly through Saundersfoot, so ideal for finiding your favourite spot to eat fish and chips while taking in the beauty of the National Park’s landscapes, wild remote cliffs, untouched hidden coves and many sandy beaches.

A visit to the lively and ever-popular Tenby just a short distance around the coast is a must with its shops, pubs, restaurants and miles of golden sands, a boat trip to the monk’s island of Caldey during the summer months is a real treat. Nearby Narberth is a small ancient thriving market town with a ruined castle and a mixture of small independent shops, including a fishmonger, butcher, grocer, delicatessen, wonderful cake shops, art and craft galleries, antique shops, pubs and restaurants, great for gift shopping and recently recognied as one of the best high streets in the UK. Second visit for October half-term and just as wonderful as first visit! … location is perfect alongside the secure garden and hot tub. Very clean, spacious and well equipped, also got to grips with maintaining the hot tub this visit - fill as soon as you rock up, get the fire going (used 2 bags of wood to heat initially, then approx I bag each day to maintain) few hours before you get in 😊 lovely Incline Villa is at the top of our go to list for a guaranteed beach stay with fur babies.We will be returning again and again I’m sure - thankyou to the hosts for another fantastic stay x( 1 suggestion, a measuring jug please, must be the only thing missing from the extensive kitchen utensils 😃)

Lovely secluded position with a short walk to the town. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Secure back garden for dogs. Lots of seating for 5 adults. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Had a lush stay at the incline villa. Perfect location! Loved the hot tub and the place its self was cosy and well equipped. Would highly recommend and would definitely book to stay again!
