The views must be spectacular in the summer. The garden is nice if a little steep but is negotiable via the gravel/shingle path. We were 2 couples and two dogs staying and there was lots of room to sit together or separately if you wished. Plenty of crockery and cutlery, good selection of cooking equipment along with a 50:50 fridge freezer. Lovely kitchen with plenty of storage. Parking for 3 cars but the lane is narrow. So take your time getting in and out. My only comment would be the lack of toilet tissue and hand soap in the bathroom, so take some with you, rather than unpack your car and then having to pop out to get these essentials. The mop was absent so I couldn’t mop through which I would have preferred to do as the weather wasn’t brilliant and with 4 adults and two lively dogs there were footprints on the wood flooring, but I let the owner know as he had emailed me direct and was fine with this. Beds were comfortable and it was nice and warm to come back to after a blustery run with the dogs on the beach.

Very well appointed kitchen with everything you could possibly need, including free pods for the coffee machine! Very clean throughout, brand new bathroom with what seemed like endless hot water (we were a party of 6 adults). Very comfortable beds. Lots of great information in the book about local things to do and plenty of board games in case it rains (we were there for Christmas and it rained constantly). Would thoroughly recommend - thanks Al and Alexis!
