This stylish, high-quality terraced house, welcoming up to 19 guests, is set over four floors and located in a quiet street. One of Pembrokeshire's most popular destinations, Tenby is loved for its golden beaches, colourful streets and lively town centre. Families and groups will find plenty to fill their days, from building sandcastles to browsing independent shops and indulging in a famous local ice cream. Wander down to the iconic harbour, where boat trips depart for the peaceful island of Caldey, offering the chance to spot seals along the way. There's no shortage of nearby attractions, including Manor Wildlife Park, Heatherton World of Activities and Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo (all within 7 miles). Adventurous types can try water sports at Wild Lakes Wales (12.5 miles), or you may prefer to step back in time with a visit to the medieval Manorbier Castle (5 miles).
Enjoy the view of the colourful houses on this delightful street as you approach your holiday home and take three steps up to the front door. Hang coats in the hallway and step through to the impressive lounge/diner, a spacious room with a beautifully co-ordinated colour scheme, art on the walls and stylish lighting. Spread out on the soft seating, ready to discuss your day’s activities, read, play games or stream your favourite shows on the Smart TV. When it’s time to gather for a hearty meal, there’s plenty of room around the 20-seater dining table. The long, galley-style kitchen is at the rear of the house, offering plenty of storage and prep space, as well as two dishwashers and that all-important coffee machine. Complementing this is a utility room with laundry facilities and an American-style fridge/freezer. The handsome bedrooms – all nine of which boast an en-suite shower room – are arranged over the upper floors. On the first floor you’ll find two double bedrooms and a family room, while on the second floor are two doubles, a family room and a single room. The top floor is home to the final two doubles, as well as the games room, where younger members of the group can entertain themselves with a TV, games and accessories. Leading off this room is a useful shower room and WC.
The rear courtyard garden is spacious and fully enclosed, with bench seating built around the edges and attractive plants in large pots. In the centre is a huge wooden table, surrounded by cafe-style chairs, where everyone can get together for sundowners and outdoor meals in the sunshine and under the stars. Parking is on-street, often limited and subject to availability, but there is a pay-and-display car park just 50 metres away.
