Yes, it’s a basement apartment meaning no direct view, BUT the back yard more than makes up for that with a great vantage point overlooking Castle Beach, and there is a whole different beach on the front doorstep! The living room/kitchen is spacious and comfortable. The shower has great pressure and is lovely and warm. The hosts were very good in keeping us in touch. The Italian Restaurant directly opposite was superb. We really loved the town, and had a lovely relaxing autumn holiday.
