Ty Mair in Tenby is highly praised for its unbeatable location and breathtaking sea views, with guests loving the proximity to the beach, shops, and eateries. The house is described as quirky and homely, featuring original Georgian details and well-equipped kitchens. While most guests found the property comfortable and ideal for families, some noted the number of stairs and suggested improvements to the sofas and balcony seating. Cleanliness and rubbish disposal received mixed feedback, but the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, making it a popular choice for repeat visitors.
Most guests found the property clean and comfortable, but one review highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including dust, seagull droppings, and rubbish management. The majority did not mention problems, but the negative review lowers the overall impression.
The location is universally praised as perfect, with easy access to the beach, harbour, shops, and eateries. Guests consistently highlight the stunning views and central position as major strengths.
Guests generally found the house comfortable, with good beds and a homely atmosphere. However, several reviews mention that some sofas are worn and could be replaced, and the many stairs may be challenging for some.
The kitchen is well-equipped and the property offers useful amenities, but there are repeated suggestions to replace the sofa and improve balcony seating. Rubbish and recycling arrangements could be improved.
Guests appreciated touches like beach toys and spare food in the larder, which add to the welcoming feel. Please note that such items are not guaranteed for every stay.

Absolutely beautiful location, short walk to the beach, shops, eateries etc. House is amazing-lots of original Georgian features to spot, views from the terrace and many windows are breathtaking! Everything you need is there, and more. A warning-there are lots of stairs! (Not a bad thing to work off all the Tenby food we ate!). Only improvement would be a new sofa in the sitting/dining area and some comfy chairs for the balcony-we spent hours there!Thank you for one of the best family holidays we have had!

Excellent time at Ty Mair, I could sit on that balcony all day long!Such a great location, we went to the beach every day. Sand castle building, kite flying, paddle boarding and crabbing in the harbour, really no need to leave Tenby!
