A great cottage, perfect location and amenable owners and caretaker. However, it is important to note that although there is WiFi in the cottage, there is no mobile reception in the village. We would definitely book again.

Lovely homely cottage. I stayed here three weeks and felt at home. It’s very nicely decorated (especially upstairs) and has everything you need. I loved the wood burner. The cottage was exceptionally clean and the owner was also available and responsive if I needed anything.

This cottage was one of the nicest cottages we have stayed in. It was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. We spent alot more time in the cottage then we normally would because it was so comfortable. We also chose to cook and eat in most nights rather then eat out and it had everything we needed to cook. The location of the cottage is brilliant with everywhere we wanted to visit less then 45 mins away. The veiws from the back of the cottage where breathtaking and I enjoyed early mornings sitting in the garden watching the birds and listening to the river. My only slight gripe is there is no local supermarket and being from the city and having 4 major supermarket on my door step I found this difficult but this wouldn't stop me staying there again I would just me more prepared and forward think food.
