Guests say

This summary has been generated using feedback from guests who have stayed at this property

Guests are charmed by the cottage's cleanliness, stunning views, and thoughtful touches. The hot tub is a highlight, and the property's character and comfort receive praise. Some mention minor issues with maintenance and noise from nearby dogs, but these do not detract from the overall positive experience.

Cleanliness

The property is consistently described as very clean, with numerous guests highlighting its cleanliness. A few minor comments about cobwebs and a dirty kitchen bin suggest room for improvement, but these are exceptions in the overall feedback.

Location

The location is praised for its breathtaking views and tranquility, though some guests note the need to drive to access walking routes and amenities. The proximity to attractions in Snowdonia is appreciated, but the presence of barking dogs nearby slightly impacts the score.

Comfort

Comfort is highly rated, with guests finding the beds comfortable and the property cosy. There are some comments about low ceilings and the need for more storage in bedrooms, but these are minor compared to the overall comfort experienced.

Facilities

Facilities are generally well-received, especially the hot tub and well-equipped kitchen. However, there are several mentions of maintenance issues such as a broken window opener and worn-out settees, which suggest that while facilities are good, there is room for improvement in maintenance.

Thoughtfulness

Guests frequently mention the thoughtful touches, such as welcome gifts and extra amenities. While these gifts are greatly appreciated, it's important to note that such personal touches, though likely, are not guaranteed for every stay.
