  This property was absolutely amazing.

  Not only did it have surely one of the best views in the UK, but the apartment was a fantastic place to stay as well. The three bedrooms are all very generous sizes, two of which have stunning panoramic views over the bay, and one has an ensuite. This made for a very comfortable stay for my family. The main living area was very thoughtfully laid out and appointed, with ample kitchen appliances and utensils provided, plus a bonus coffee machine! This room really makes the most of the view and has a sky light to make the room extremely light and inviting The wrap-around balcony was also a great feature, especially as it connects externally around to the two beachside bedrooms. The property was clean throughout, and fresh bedding and towels were provided. Useful extras were available to make the stay easier, such as soaps, kitchen consumables, a hoover and a clothes dryer. The owner was also extremely helpful and responsive, giving clear instructions on how to enter the property and access the parking space, and also providing additional local area information on request. Overall I cannot fault this stay, and would very happily return to this property in the future! I would definitely recommend this apartment to others, and in fact, I already have. :)

  Beautiful apartment right on the front so you feel you are almost on the beach.

  As it’s the quiet end of the town, you aren’t disturbed by too much noise. I’d seen on another description that you should be aware of the steep steps up to the door and of the stairs up to the apartment itself. Definitely bear that in mind if you have mobility issues, like me but I was determined to overcome them just for the location. Excellent communication with the owner , who was prompt in responding to a couple of questions. Apartment was super clean, really comfortable beds, would just say dining chairs need updating, sofa could perhaps have a deep clean. Also everyone in our party said the two single chairs weren’t comfortable. They could perhaps be put in the bedrooms and a couple of more comfy ones acquired. Other than that there was everything you could need, certainly more than enough crockery and glassware. The welcome pack was much appreciated as was the coffee machine. The parking spot was also very beneficial.

  A large comfortable flat with a view to die for just 10 minutes walk from the train station.

  Even better than the listing which doesn’t mention the beautiful sunrises over the sea that you can enjoy if you get up early enough. A great location with direct access to the beach and car free prom via a gate at the side of the building. It was a lot more expensive than other flats we looked at in Weymouth and more than we would normally pay. However we had no regrets and were glad that we had treated ourselves. I’ve only given 4 stars for facilities because of a couple of very minor issues - one of the sofas has lost a bit of its seating support. Nice having a sink in the second bedroom but need a hook to hang the towel. We couldn’t find instructions for TV or gas fire, I’m sure the owner would have helped but we managed to work things out after some trial and error. We had a great time and I would highly recommend this lovely flat.

  We had a lovely holiday, the views from the flat are fantastic, the light in the flat and airiness is lovely. The bedrooms and living area are spacious. Parking in mid summer is not easy. The walk down to the beach is very steep, as are the hotel steps if you go that way. Having the use of a beach hut with two small children was a bonus as we didn’t have to lug all the buckets and spades, towels etc up and down each day. There is easy access to many visitor attractions like Corfe Castle 20 mins by car or steam train, walking paths, railway. supermarkets etc 20 min walk down hill, cab fare was £4.20 back. Lovely safe clean beach. Toilets are nearby, only about 3-4 mins away, ‘down the beach’ beach cafe was excellent and only a couple of minutes walk from the beach hut also ‘the cabin’ a few minutes walk in the opposite direction was excellent too.

  Beautiful property with little touches that make it perfect.

  As soon as we arrived we could see that the property was sparkly clean and well-maintained. In the kitchen, there was a hamper of goodies and fresh flowers which were beautiful touches. There was a personalised welcome letter and lots of further information about the area and the property. The dining room was perfect for our family gathering and the kitchen was well-equipped to easily cater for 20 people. It was helpful to have a couple of practical things such as dishwasher tablets/sponge etc Each bedroom was well laid out and well equipped. The lounge served as a great spot to relax or play games. In addition to the sofas, the extra fold-up chairs are a great idea The location meant that we could walk into the town/harbour in a few minutes to eat/shop and cross the road to the beach. We highly recommend this property to larger groups
