  Beautiful property with little touches that make it perfect.

  As soon as we arrived we could see that the property was sparkly clean and well-maintained. In the kitchen, there was a hamper of goodies and fresh flowers which were beautiful touches. There was a personalised welcome letter and lots of further information about the area and the property. The dining room was perfect for our family gathering and the kitchen was well-equipped to easily cater for 20 people. It was helpful to have a couple of practical things such as dishwasher tablets/sponge etc Each bedroom was well laid out and well equipped. The lounge served as a great spot to relax or play games. In addition to the sofas, the extra fold-up chairs are a great idea The location meant that we could walk into the town/harbour in a few minutes to eat/shop and cross the road to the beach. We highly recommend this property to larger groups

  We had a wonderful family holiday at the Court Farm Gallery. It was just perfect for our party of 5 adults and 6 children ranging from 5 to 18 years old. Stacks of room for everyone and some quiet places when needed. Lots of good indoor and outdoor games including Boules, Croquet and a good table tennis table with plenty of ping pong balls and bats. Large TV and even larger projector/screen with a huge selection of DVDs ! There's also plenty of outdoor seating if you're lucky enough to have the great weather we enjoyed. The owners live next door and were extremely helpful and friendly. The kids had a whale of a time in the large garden. The views over Dorset, Somerset and Devon are magnificent and the sunsets gorgeous. We would thoroughly recommend this venue.

  A great property in superb location. The Sanctuary is superbly situated a few minutes walk from both the beach and the town centre. It has ample space and matches the photos exactly, decoration and design is beautiful and everything you could need is at the property. We had a long weekend with 3 families and with the 7 en-suite bedrooms and second living space downstairs had ample places to spread out. Free parking outside is available but paid for car parks are close by (there is an NCP at a hotel 50m away if you struggle to find on street so still very close). Highly recommended.

  Very impressed with the house

  We stayed here for 4 days as a family of 13, including 3 children and every family members were very impressed with the house. The house is beautiful and tastefully decorated, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Grace is lovely, very responsive and welcomed us with a nice welcome hamper and every bathroom was stocked with travel sized toiletries and clean towels. The house is also in an excellent location -walkable to Bournemouth beach with lots of local shops for any last minute bits we forgot. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
