  On the whole I really enjoyed my stay. Really easy to locate and being near the seafront there was lots of activities to do in the area, and all at a walkable distance (or cheap cab ride). It was a very clean space, all the furniture and sheets felt very premium and the windows had a great view of the sea. And a very nice and open kitchen space However, the room felt a lot smaller then the photos made out, and was a very awkward shape. Given the room was at the very top of the building, this could be forgiven. However, due to where the bed is located, it makes it very awkward to get into bed from the left side due to a the walls going up at an angle. There was also a strange lack of any real storage space. Shy from a very basic rack clothes hanger there wasn’t really anyways to put your stuff. No bed side cabinets, no chest of drawers or anything of that nature. Like I said, I did really enjoy my stay but I did feel a bit barebones.

  We were really happy, lovely clean, comfortable, modern flat in a great location. Communication with host was great from booking to after check out and property as described in listing and pictures. Listing had symbol of double bed and sofa bed but this wasn’t mentioned in the description and there’s no sofa bed in the property. This wasn’t a problem for us. Nice touch of ear plugs incase it got noisy, however we were not disturbed. Very central we could see the pier through the buildings from our window. Only slight issue is access. Key code on gate to alleyway was tricky when carrying luggage with poor lighting and a very narrow alleyway. Narrow entrance and staircase so tricky if carrying lots of stuff but it is in the loft so expected stairs. Oven wasn’t working on arrival but host responded promptly despite it being around 7pm and offered to send someone to look at it the next day. Would definitely stay again.

  The absolute best part about staying here was the location, situated about a 5 minute walk from the beach depending on your walking speed and about 10-15 minute walk from The Lanes, as well as handy shops and restaurants all around the property. Another great thing was how well the windows kept out the noise from the birds and the street below as you are situated in quite a busy area it’s nice not to wake up to noise early in the morning! Our host Jessica was great and replied quickly as well as understood when we had some difficulty leaving on time a few minutes after checkout. The bed was comfortable and with my partner being 6’5 he fit quite nicely, TV, Shower and Kitchen amenities were all great too. The property could definitely benefit with 1 or 2 bedside tables and unfortunately me and my partner only had one wine glass to share but that does not pull away from how pleasant this property is to stay in!

  This is an elegant apartment with everything that you need for a weekend stay. There really is a view of the sea, which is lovely, and swimming there is thoroughly enjoyable, with easy access to the water. Arrival at the street entrance is underwhelming, however, as the entrance passage was untidy when we visited, and nowhere near the standard of the apartment once you have climbed the neatly carpeted stairs and arrived on the top floor. This is not a problem if you take no notice of the conditions of the entrance, however. (But note the advised limit of 8pm for check-in.) Communication with the host is via a company, not the owner, and they appear to use a chatbot with limited skills which does not always respond to questions in the way you expect.

  The location was the best point of the facility. The hosts were prompt to correct all the points of concern. The apartment was located on the 3rd floor and not at all suitable for elderly or disabled guests or anyone carrying luggage. There was a section of the stairway with no rail, making my 87-year-old mother and 62-year-old sister very nervous of falling. There was loose, uneven ground to navigate in order to access the apartment. There was difficulty exiting the entrances due to the codes being unpredictable. Neighbors helped and said that many people had similar problems. The description of a pull-out sofa bed was inaccurate. The sofa was a small sofa, not a pull-out bed. It was really a one bed apartment.
