  What a brilliant stay at this stunning house.

  We were a group of 5 ladies ready for a relaxing break and thats exactly what we got. The decor is fabulous, cosy and welcoming. The setting is so beautiful, peaceful and idyllic, that we were all totally relaxed. The roomy modern hot tub is perfectly situated and we were so lucky with the September heatwave that we had all our meals outside. The location is ideal for visiting the stunning north wales area and we were spoilt for choice with things to do. Our hostess Eirian popped to see us which was lovely and her attention to detail left us with pretty much everything we needed. We didnt use the games room but I'm sure many other guests and families would love it. We did comment that a few sunbeds would be a welcome addition but that is definitely not a criticism as we only mentioned it due to the extraordinary hot weather we had. We can't thank Eirian enough for making our stay so special that we left very reluctantly with a bag of gorgeous eating apples we picked from the garden tree (with Eirian's permission).   The farmhouse is stunning, the location ideal.

  We received a warm welcome from the owner who kindly left us with some welcome gifts, very thoughtful and much appreciated . The home itself has everything you could need for a relaxing stay. We were three generations , the older relatives enjoyed the comfort of the lounge whilst the rest of us indulged in the amazing hot tub and fun games room. The animals on the farm, and in the surrounding fields, were a hit with everyone. The dining area is perfect for bringing everyone together to share meals and family time and the kitchen is well equipped to meet all your needs. The beds were comfortable and all the rooms were just beautiful .The location is central, and breathtaking. We visited Caernarfon, Betws y coed ( gorgeous food at Y Stablau) , Llanberis and walked Snowden via the Pyg route ( book parking ) . We would highly recommend booking this beautiful holiday home.Thank you, Eirian for opening your home to us.

  Absolutely fab house!

  Best stocked house i’ve ever stayed in, had absolutely everything you could ever need and lovely little touches. Great sized house, we had 6 of us adults, two dogs and two kids and they loved it. The sofas were massive and enough room for all the family, and had smart tvs in both living rooms. All the games, ping pong and foosball were great extra touches. Beds were very comfortable. Garden is just lovely and massive my only complaint would be would be easier with dogs if the garden was made secure with some chicken wire, our dog is medium sized and had a few moments where she almost got through the shrubs. The location was fab too, just a 20 min walk over the bridge into conwy, a nice pub with views of the castle just a ten minute walk up the road and plenty of shops and takeaways near by. Absolutely fab place would definitely stay again. Thank you.

  I suggest don’t book this property, I stayed 4 nights and I cleaned every where before i leave.

  after that I received email from sykes saying I left cup and rubbish all over the place and they took couple pictures which I believe it wasn’t there . I cleaned the kitchen, sitting rooms and everywhere properly. They talk nonsense, we had only moved the beds only forgot to put that in the same position. They charged me £200 for moving the beds??? This is bullshit service, how can they expect to leave the place like unused. How they expect us to stay there, and when leaving we should clean like not be used . Its toke one hours clean all over now they send me another £200 bill for cleaning and charged me for it which is shocking. Apparently they send me an email letting me know that they will have access to my bank account and they will charge me and they did which I believe it’s not right

  We had a great stay at Summerfield.

  Beautiful house. Plenty of parking, can easily fit 3+ cars on the drive. The house was very clean and generally well equipped. The garden was large and well kept. Its a shame that the tree house is out if bounds for the kids as they would have loved playing in it!. As the weather was good, some more garden loungers would have been nice (2 were available to use but there were 4 adults). The house has great views of Conwy castle from the bedrooms. As the house is in a residential area it was very quiet which was nice but it's close to the amenities (food shops, fish &chip shop, pub). We found the location to be good for what we wanted to do, took 10mins to get to Llandudno and only 30 mins to betws y coed or llanwurst. Had a great stay and would recommend this house and the location.
