LOVELY CABIN.
We were met by the owner on arrival , which was nice . Amber glow is a quirky little cabin , it has everything you need and itâs in a great location. There is so much to do in the area . The garden is dog friendly,so you know your doggy is safe out there . Bedding was lovely, fleece all round . Our only negative would be the road.The a361 is a main trunk road and is busy 24hrs a day . 1st night we struggled to sleep but you do get used to the noise. For us we have 2 main things that we need when we go on little breaks & that is the property & garden being dog friendly & safe for our little one & a comfortable nights sleep . Amber glow gave us both of them . Overall we had a lovely stay in Amber glow.

Firstly Jono, Natasha and Vanessa are THE nicest most helpful people you could ever hope to be hosted by. We had a group of 12 + dog and every care was taken to give us a very warm and personal welcome.The tents are super warm, the beds INCREDIBLY comfortable and all the kitchen/shower elements would be right at home in a top notch hotel.The food they provided was so delicious and very generously portioned.It's such a gorgeous place in nature and frankly I'd like to live there and become part of the family.

This very good cabin was perfect for us and warm when we arrived with good little heater and when we needed a bit of extra warmth.
All clean and well presented and very comfortable bed and warm bedding. Our hostess was very welcoming and kind and checked in with us as we were out most days. We thank her for the use of her special cabin and would encourage others to stay here even in the chill of winter ! All our best wishes Jane and Ray .
